At Fableora, we are dedicated to delivering our products efficiently across all regions of India. Every order is packed with care and shipped from our fulfillment center using trusted courier networks.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Saturday).

  • Weekend & Public Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • Order Tracking: Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp, and email to monitor your shipment in real time.

2. Delivery Rates & Timelines

We offer Free Shipping on standard orders across India. However, select special collections, oversized items, or promotional drops may carry delivery fees based on package weight and destination.

  • Excluded Products Note: While standard items ship for free, select limited releases, heavy parcels, or special promotional products may incur an added shipping fee. Any applicable delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before order completion.

3. Delivery Options & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Prepaid Orders: Orders paid via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, or digital wallets enjoy priority dispatch and contactless delivery.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • COD is available across most serviceable PIN codes in India for an additional handling fee of ₹30.

    • COD orders may require automated WhatsApp or OTP verification prior to dispatch.

    • Full payment must be handed over to the courier partner (in cash or via courier UPI QR) prior to opening the package.

4. PIN Code Serviceability & Address Guidelines

  • Accurate Details: Ensure a complete street address, recognizable landmark, correct state, active mobile number, and a valid 6-digit PIN code are entered at checkout.

  • Non-Serviceable Areas: If your PIN code is unserviceable by primary courier partners, our support team will contact you to explore alternate routing or issue an immediate full refund for prepaid purchases.

5. Order Delays & Customer Support

External conditions such as adverse weather, high festive shipping volumes, or local transit restrictions may occasionally impact delivery timelines.
